Rebecca is:

A unique and inspirational Vinyasa yoga teacher. Rebecca's background combines both dance, and yoga, and she is now one of London's highly acclaimed and leading Vinyasa flow teachers. Rebecca infuses her teaching with crystal clear visualisations and NLP, with chanting, and mantras, and has been teaching for 10 years. She will take you on a journey with extra personalised attention that ensures you expand your mind-body and spirit awareness, whilst taking your self-practise to new levels with her technical expertise. Enjoy emotional release and mind-body detoxification as you enhance your personal practise and improve your physical well-being, whilst you totally surrender to the " now". Rebecca will help you find physical and emotional refinement. While you refine your body thru the practise of yoga, you also refine your mind, and consciousness. Always direct your attention toward respecting your mind, your body, your consiousness and the consciousness of others.

Rebecca is the creator of Liquid Vinyasa here in the UK, a refreshing fusion of yoga, mantra, and dance. This fluid and creative class embodies grace in a playful and prayerful expression of the self. It's an all encompassing workout, strengthening the core, aligning the bodies energy, increasing the flow of prana/life force, and promoting flexibility. Through simply being, and accepting, you will cultivate the inner balance and emotional strength needed to deal with the ups and downs of this wonderful life.
